Returns & Refunds

At 3SPIRIT, we want you to feel incredible in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns process simple and flexible — because we care about getting it right for you.

How It Works

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to let us know if you’d like to return something.

Once you’ve registered your return through our Online Return Portal, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back to us.

Please note: Items received outside this timeframe will be returned to you.

What We Offer

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

If you’d prefer a refund, just reach out to our team — we’re happy to help where items meet our return conditions.

All returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from makeup, marks, perfume, or signs of wear
• Returned with original packaging and tags intact

We reserve the right to decline refunds on items that do not meet the above conditions and may be sent back to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We quality-check everything with care, but if something isn’t right, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and photos — we’ll sort it quickly for you.

Sale Items

All sale or promotional pieces are final sale.

If we have your size available, we’re happy to exchange — just note that due to limited stock, this may not always be possible.

Embellished Pieces

Some of our embellished designs are delicate by nature. While we do our best to make sure everything arrives perfect, a small loss of stones with wear is normal and not considered a fault. Because of this, we can’t accept returns on embellished items that have been worn.

 A Few Final Things

• Return shipping is your responsibility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Credit notes cannot be exchanged for cash once issued
