Before you order
Will it go with what I already own?
Yes. Every NOT SO BASIC piece is designed to be worn with Adorn Tailored Shorts and V Power Tailored Trousers, and with the other pieces in the collection.
Will these pieces come back?
NOT SO BASIC is made in limited quantities. Once a piece sells out, it won't be restocked.
When will it arrive?
Standard UK delivery is £4 and takes 2 to 3 working days. Next day delivery is £7 if you order before 3pm. Saturday delivery by 1pm is £11 if you order before 3pm on Friday. Delivery is free on orders over £150.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to register a return through our online portal, and a further 14 days to send it back. Returns are for exchange or store credit. If you would prefer a refund, contact our team.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from makeup or perfume, with tags and packaging intact. A £5 restocking fee applies to returned orders.
