DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

In most cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product. However, we may provide free return shipping for certain products or under certain circumstances.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Once we've received and processed your return, it can take several business days for your refund to be issued. The exact timeframe may depend on your payment method and bank processing times.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM WHICH WAS BOUGHT IN SALE?

Sale pieces are final sale and non-refundable, though we may be able to offer a size exchange if available.

Shipping & delivery

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

If ordered before 3pm, Monday - Friday we aim to ship the same day. If cannot it will be shipped the following day.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once they are placed, so it's really important that you check your address and details are correct before you purchase.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

We offer various delivery options :

Next Day ordered before 3pm (NDD)

Standard 2-3 days

Saturday 1pm Delivery (ordered before 3pm Friday)
