ORDERS & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Refunds and exchanges are accepted on all full-price items returned in perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

Clearance items are final sale.
Jewellery is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Items must be free from marks, including fake tan, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or body odour. Once a return is submitted, items must be sent back within 14 days and repackaged carefully with original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

We have a dedicated Returns Portal for all UK customers. It's as simple as typing in your email to pull up your return. The below terms apply: 

  • Your return must be activated on the returns portal no later than 14 days after delivery of the item. 
  • You have a 14 day window to get your items back to us from delivery. 
  • All items received back must come in their original packaging, with all tags still attached and any spare items such as buttons must not be removed.
  • All items must be free of odours including perfume, bodily odour, smoke and pets.
  • All items must come back in a re-sellable condition. 
  • You will be notified once you have triggered the returns process of the status of your return.
  • We do not accept returns on clearance items.

For international returns please email info@3spiritofficial.com. To make the email process quicker for you please reference your order number, email and items you wish to return. The customer care team will then help you to return your items. The above terms are applicable to international returns also.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If you go to the Return Portal, you can easily select an exchange from here. We will hold your selected item for 14 days from when you submit your request.

THE RETURN PORTAL WILL NOT ACCEPT MY RETURN

The return portal will not accept returns if they pass the 14 day window to trigger the returns process or will not accept items which are listed as Clearance. Once this window has passed, we cannot process the return manually.

MY ORDER IS FAULTY WHAT DO I DO?

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and before the item is worn, providing clear photos of the issue.

Items reported as faulty after being worn will need to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement can be approved. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the item shows signs of wear, use, or damage not deemed to be a manufacturing fault.

We recommend checking your item carefully upon arrival to ensure any issues are reported promptly.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend any orders once they are placed, so it's really important that you check your address and details are correct before you purchase.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

If your order has not arrived or appears to have been delivered to an incorrect location, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.

We understand that delivery issues can occasionally occur and, in these cases, we will work directly with the courier to investigate the matter. Please note that all non-delivery claims are subject to courier confirmation and must be raised within the required timeframe for insurance purposes.

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the courier, we are unable to offer an immediate refund or replacement until the investigation has been completed.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship internationally with DHL Express. If you order you may be charged VAT and Duty fees.

We are working hard to be able to cover this in the future.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

Each item has a care label inside which will have the best instructions for how to care for your product. We also have a dedicated area on each product page for how to care for your item.

It is really important that these care instructions are followed to ensure your items stay perfect.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

Our current size range includes sizes 6–12, with plans to expand as we grow. Because each design is made using different fabrics, the fit and level of stretch can vary between pieces.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE BACK?

If your item or size is out of stock, please click your size and 'back in stock notification'. This will log a request with us, and as soon as your item is back in stock you will receive an email.
