PRE - ORDER

Please check item description to see PRE-ORDER time. This is usually around 10-14 working days, if we are not extremely busy this can sometimes be sooner so feel free to send email with specific dates.

Once your item is in stock, we will ship 1st Class Recorded or Next Day please select your preferred shipping method for when item is ready. 

We also offer collection in Liverpool free of charge.

IN STOCK

In stock items 1-5 day delivery, Next Day Delivery is also available at additional charge.

All items are sent 1st Class Recorded with Royal Mail £5.50

Next Day Delivery is £7.50 this is only possible if your order is placed before 3PM.

Collection is available next day on all in stock items in Liverpool, L14.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

Items have to be returned in condition you received with tags still attached.

Any items with perfume, makeup, any signs of being worn will not be returned.

Items are to be returned within 7 days to qualify exchange.
